Write for Us

If you have landed on this page, thank you for visiting our blog! Criminal Justice Schools Central is a labor of love, and we hope it is as beneficial to you as we envisioned it—for college students, professionals, and/or those interested in this field.

As you browse through the blog, you’ll find in-depth, well-researched, and information-packed articles. That’s how we would like to keep it.

We are open to guest contributors who are passionate about writing about this field. They love to share knowledge and experience with tips and strategies on how to enter it. They understand students’ challenges when choosing criminal justice degree programs to build a foundation or elevate their careers. If you are that person, then read on.

We are accepting guest contributions from experts and professionals in the field of:

Crime Scene Investigation Cybersecurity
Forensic Science Criminology
Law Enforcement Paralegal
Correction Management Security
Homeland Security Juvenile Delinquency, etc.

To be considered, you must be willing to share your professional background, years of experience, education, and/or certification that identify you as an expert in the field. This is important because, after all, your article will determine someone else’s career choice.

In return, we’ll showcase your profile in the author bio of your article, a link back to your website, portfolio, or LinkedIn profile. Our website is growing in terms of audience and will continue to do so with the help of your expert contribution. You will enjoy free and continuous publicity for as long as our blog is “alive”.

To get started, here are a few things to keep in mind before you go ahead and draft your article.

  • First, send 3 topic options with a brief outline for each for approval. Do not start writing the article before we approve the topic. Once approved you may start writing, and send the complete draft for review. We may ask you for revisions later on.
  • All articles must be on the blog theme, that is, criminal justice—careers, resources, and schools.
  • The article must be well-researched and backed by at least 3 references to authoritative sources linked within the article. If you are linking to your website, it should not lead to prohibited a site like drugs, ammunition, CBD, casinos, dating websites, etc.
  • Must be 1500+ words with at least 3 links in the article.
  • We do not accept AI-written or articles written based on AI outlines. It would be better to tweak those outlines before writing the article. We do check all articles for plagiarism and AI content.
  • You agree to give us the right to publish and own the copyright of the article. All published articles cannot be republished elsewhere. In case we find out we’ll pull the article down. If you would like to publish on your blog then we request you to link back to the original post here on Criminal Justice Schools Central.
  • Provide an author bio describing your expertise and background in 50-100 words with a clear professional headshot with dimensions 100x100px.

Sounds doable? Then we’d love to collaborate with you and look forward to your contribution. If not, then we appreciate your interest and hope you continue to follow our blog. We’d love to hear your feedback and anything valuable that will help us improve our content.

Until then, have an awesome day!
